AI-powered training log for Android

Every muscle,
named and counted.

AI Lifter reads each set you log the way an anatomist would — 60 muscles, 22 groups, 396 bundled exercises — and turns it into weekly volume for every muscle group. AI Coach, your optional assistant, tells you what it means.

        The state of things

        AI took your job.
        Your hobbies. Your small talk.
And — let's be honest — your dignity.

        It can't take your reps.

So turn it around. The machine that came for everything else — put it to work for you. Let AI read every set you log, and go build the one thing that's still yours.

02 How a set is counted

One set of squats is not one set for every muscle.

Every exercise in the catalogue lists its muscles by role. A set counts in full for the prime movers, partly for the helpers and barely for the stabilisers — and each group takes its biggest share, never the sum.

          03 A week, read back

Three lines, the same for every lifter.

Weekly effective sets per muscle group, judged against fixed lines at 4, 10 and 20 — under 4 is too little, 10–20 is a commonly productive range, and over 20 is information, not a warning.

            • ▼ Under 4
            • ◐ 4–9
            • ✓ 10–20
            • ▲ Over 20 — information

Counted only — tracked, no target

Weekly-set research mostly studies the major movers, so the smaller groups get a number and no verdict — the app invents no range for them.

              04 AI Coach

A coach that has read your week.

One coach, four conversational modes, on your own DeepSeek or Gemini key. It talks straight to the provider you chose — no middleman, nothing sent until you connect.

Soleus — 2 sets. Your calf raises are all straight-legged, which loads gastrocnemius. Three sets of seated calf raises on Thursday takes it to 5.
Glutes are at 21. That's plenty — information, not a problem.
